All sessions , consultations and events offered by Sound Bird® are conducted both online and in physical locations as specified in the booking details. Ensure you review the event description for its format.

Our primary mode of communication is via email. Please ensure the email address provided during booking is accurate, and check your spam or junk folder if you don't receive a confirmation within 24 hours.

Details on rescheduling are shared at the event page ( group events ) and/or at the time of booking ( private sessions ). Due to the nature of our events and your safety, latecomers will not be admitted. Please consider this when booking tickets.

CANCELLATIONS BY SOUND BIRD®

If we cancel a session you've booked, we will inform you by email and either reschedule your booking or process a refund. We can only reimburse event ticket costs, not associated travel expenses.

LATE ARRIVALS

To enhance the experience and comfort of all participants, we uphold a strict punctuality policy for our sound bath events. Arriving late means you might miss out on the full experience. We recommend joining 15 minutes prior to the start time to comfortably settle in and benefit fully from the session. Your timely arrival ensures a seamless start and shows consideration for other attendees. We appreciate your understanding.

Additional Disclaimer (please read)

The sound healing sessions are for over 18's only and may result in intense physical and emotional release. Therefore, it is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, use of a pace-maker, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries or surgery.

Breathwork is not advised for persons with mental illness or seizure disorders or for persons using major medications. It is also unsuitable for anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms. Pregnant women are advised against practising Breathwork without first consulting and getting approval from their primary care physician. Persons with asthma should bring their inhalers and consult with their primary care physician and the Breathwork class facilitator. In taking part in these sessions you accept full responsibility for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

By signing up to any of our events or private sessions you acknowledge that you have read and understood the information above.

Participants in Sound Bird sessions, workshops or events agree to release and hold harmless Pedro Testi and Sound Bird® from any and all potential grounds for legal action, which may arise from acts or omissions that could be considered ordinary negligence.

By participating, attendees irrevocably waive any present or future claims against Pedro Testi and Sound Bird®. They acknowledge having read, fully understood and agreed to the terms of this Liability Waiver Agreement. The provided information below represents a full and unconditional release of all liabilities to the maximum extent permitted by UK law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, techniques, and content provided during our sessions are the intellectual property of Sound Bird®. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is prohibited.
